About Véronique Morel :
“My name is Véronique Morel, I am 54 years old.
I am a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and holder of an MBA from HEC.
I started my career in July 1990 at PSA and have since then done 12 years in purchasing management, 8 years of project management, 4 years in the project management supply chain and 4 years of electric and utility vehicle strategy for the group.
I came to the circular economy in April 2018 following a challenge that I was asked to take. The idea was to build a business unit respecting circular economy within the aftermarket.
Interested in safeguarding the planet and aware of the image of the automobile installed by politicians and the media, I knew that everything had to be built. I will share how I managed to achieve this by associating method and convictions, mixing market analysis and its low signals, reverse engineering, logistics, cost analysis and the development of a new offer on the market.” How circular economy becomes a reality This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
